What is your shipping policy?At Legacy Wear, we offer free shipping for all orders over $60 (before taxes) and a flat rate of $4 for purchases under $60 within the United States. All orders are processed within 1-3 business days and shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Shipping times vary depending on your location, but typically arrive within 5-7 business days after your order has been processed. International shipping is a flat rate of $10, and shipping times may vary by location. All orders come with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way!

What is Legacy Wear's Return and Exchange Policy?We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Legacy Wear. If for any reason you are not, we offer hassle-free exchanges only within 30 days of delivery of your purchase. Legacy Wear does not offer refunds, only exchanges. Simply contact us with your order number and the item you wish to exchange, and we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label. Once we receive your purchased item(s), we will process your exchange within 3-5 business days. NOTE: All returned items must be in new, unworn condition with tags attached.

How do I add a new question & answer?To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.

Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.

How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
